The Job
The Role
This is a mid-junior level opportunity for a market access and health economics professional based in the United States. You will work across global and US‑focused projects, developing payer‑relevant evidence materials, Global Value Dossiers, AMCP dossiers, HEOR publications, and budget impact economic models.
The ideal candidate enjoys a consulting environment, is proactive, organised, and confident in delivering consistently high‑quality outputs. Strong understanding of HEOR principles and hands‑on experience with modelling deliverables is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Global Value Dossiers (GVDs), AMCP dossiers, payer value propositions, and value communication tools for US and global markets
Deliver or contribute to economic modelling projects, including budget impact models and other HEOR‑focused models
Lead or contribute to HEOR publications, including systematic review outputs, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts for scientific congresses and peer‑reviewed journals
Support global and US market access strategy, identifying evidence needs and contributing to value messaging for new and existing therapies
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (medical writing, modelling, project management, strategic consulting) to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery
Participate in client meetings, providing scientific and strategic insight while maintaining strong professionalism and solution‑oriented communication
Conduct quality checks of internal and external deliverables, ensuring scientific accuracy and alignment with client expectations
Maintain awareness of the US payer landscape, HTA trends (including ICER), and evolving evidence requirements
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in market access, health economics, or HEOR, ideally within a consultancy
Strong understanding of HEOR methods, including experience contributing to or delivering budget impact models and other economic modelling outputs
Strong experience developing Global Value Dossiers and AMCP dossiers, as well as HEOR publication materials
Excellent understanding of US payer expectations, evidence requirements, and value communication standards
Strong written communication skills and ability to translate complex clinical and economic data into clear value materials
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive, delivery‑focused approach
Highly collaborative, comfortable working in a fast‑paced consulting environment
Advanced degree in health economics, public health, epidemiology, health policy, pharmacy, biostatistics, or a related field preferred
