The ideal candidate enjoys a consulting environment, is proactive, organised, and confident in delivering consistently high‑quality outputs. Strong understanding of HEOR principles and hands‑on experience with modelling deliverables is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Global Value Dossiers (GVDs), AMCP dossiers, payer value propositions, and value communication tools for US and global markets

  • Lead or contribute to HEOR publications, including systematic review outputs, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts for scientific congresses and peer‑reviewed journals

  • Support global and US market access strategy, identifying evidence needs and contributing to value messaging for new and existing therapies

  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (medical writing, modelling, project management, strategic consulting) to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery

  • Participate in client meetings, providing scientific and strategic insight while maintaining strong professionalism and solution‑oriented communication

  • Conduct quality checks of internal and external deliverables, ensuring scientific accuracy and alignment with client expectations

  • Maintain awareness of the US payer landscape, HTA trends (including ICER), and evolving evidence requirements

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in market access, health economics, or HEOR, ideally within a consultancy

  • Strong understanding of HEOR methods, including experience contributing to or delivering budget impact models and other economic modelling outputs

  • Strong experience developing Global Value Dossiers and AMCP dossiers, as well as HEOR publication materials

  • Excellent understanding of US payer expectations, evidence requirements, and value communication standards

  • Strong written communication skills and ability to translate complex clinical and economic data into clear value materials

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive, delivery‑focused approach

  • Highly collaborative, comfortable working in a fast‑paced consulting environment

  • Advanced degree in health economics, public health, epidemiology, health policy, pharmacy, biostatistics, or a related field preferred

The Offer

  • Competitive US salary and annual performance bonus

  • Flexible remote or hybrid working options depending on location

  • Clear career progression within a growing US team

  • Opportunity to work on high‑impact global and US market access initiatives

  • Supportive culture with strong emphasis on quality, collaboration, and professional development
