The Role
We are seeking an experienced Biostatistician to support clinical development programs across Phase I–III. This role includes shaping statistical strategy, contributing to study design, and ensuring high-quality delivery throughout the trial lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to make a direct scientific impact while working in a cross‑functional global team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide statistical leadership for study design and development plans
Develop and review protocols, SAPs, TLFs, and clinical study reports
Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of statistical outputs
Collaborate closely with clinical operations, regulatory, data management, and programming teams
Support regulatory submissions and interactions as required
Contribute to the advancement of internal statistical methodologies and processes
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical development (Phase I–III)
Background in immunology or oncology (strongly preferred)
MS or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field
Experience working cross‑functionally with clinical, regulatory, and data teams
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
