The Job
Company Overview
Our client is a pan-European specialist consultancy supporting health technology developers as they navigate the complexity of market access, pricing, and reimbursement across Europe. Their work spans the full lifecycle of product commercialisation, combining strategic insight, international perspective, and deep local expertise.
Their clients include leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostics, and digital health companies, many of whom are bringing breakthrough therapies and technologies to patients for the very first time. Our client partners closely with these organisations to enable successful launches, sustainable reimbursement outcomes, and long-term value creation within diverse European healthcare systems.
The consultancy operates in a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial environment that values diversity of thought, openness, and integrity. Team members are encouraged to contribute ideas, challenge thinking, and continuously develop their expertise while making a tangible impact on healthcare outcomes across Europe.
The Role
The Global Business Development Director is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for owning key Global and EU client accounts, engaging senior decision-makers, securing new opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue growth across Europe, with Germany positioned as a central commercial and delivery hub.
