Key Responsibilities
As the Global Pricing Lead, you will play a strategic role in shaping and executing global and regional pricing strategies for a diverse portfolio of Primary and Specialty Care products. You will:
Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with market access and HEOR plans
Lead pricing research and analytics to inform global strategies and local adaptations
Provide pricing input for in-licensing and partnership evaluations
Support economic modeling and health technology assessments
Drive launch and post-launch pricing strategies across key markets
Collaborate with regional access leads to ensure successful local implementation
Anticipate industry trends and drive innovative pricing and contracting solutions
Contribute to the development of internal pricing capabilities and tools
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in global or regional pricing/market access within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong background in Primary and Specialty Care, ideally with exposure to Cardiovascular, Diabetes, or mature products
Proven success in developing and executing global pricing strategies for launch products
Deep understanding of international reference pricing, HEOR, and reimbursement mechanisms
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and pricing analytics tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in cross-functional, multicultural, and matrixed environments
